We are based in the city of Newcastle (Charlestown), New South Wales, Australia and provide job seekers with specific guidance and assistance in preparing and updating résumés, writing letters of application and responding to selection criteria. About Julie Olive


Julie Olive is the owner and manager of Tamsett Consulting and Tutoring. Julie has over 30 years' experience in staff development and management, career development and personal motivation and mentoring and she is a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia.

Julie's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree, a postgraduate diploma and coursework masters degree in Tertiary Education Management and the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Julie has taught business and communication skills in the tertiary education sector and has also delivered several national conference papers on topics including organisational theory and what managers are expected to be in the 21st century.

Julie is committed to assisting people to achieve their career objectives. She takes an individualist approach to her coaching and tutoring. She specialises in ensuring the best is drawn from individuals and provides them with the encouragement and skill set to succeed. She will teach, empower, motivate, mentor and direct as required.
